The Runlock System is activated by the use of a momentary switch, which is provided with the Runlock System, and once pressed, the vehicle will allow the key to be tuned to the 'off position' and removed with the engine staying on. The doors can then be locked and unlocked securely using the additional remote.

These systems include a range of monitoring features detected directly via the vehicle CAN system for maximum functionality and security with minimal installation effort. Unauthorised use of the pedals or the handbrake will immediately disable the vehicle.

The interface incorporates a multi-function status LED, which indicates correct connection to the CAN system, CAN activity present and confirmation that the CAN identity has been recognised.
