Description

Battery Powered Retrieve has its own power source and does not need to be wired into the vehicle's electrical system. It is developed to protect non-powered and infrequently used assets to avoid draining the battery.
Battery Powered Retrieve is a one-time use stolen vehicle recovery product, it uses our patented VHF technology and is operated by all UK police forces. The police can employ the precision of the VHF technology to track the stolen asset to its exact location for a fast recovery.
With its own in-built power source - Battery Powered Retrieve overcomes the issue of power drain on your asset's battery, even if it is left unused for a long period of time. It does not need to be wired into the vehicle's electrical system and can be installed in many different locations making this the ideal protection for your asset. The unit is easy to fit and suitable for all kinds of vehicles and assets from quad bikes, horse boxes, trailers and catering vans to classic cars and vintage motorbikes. Battery Powered Retrieve is a one-time use stolen vehicle recovery product, it uses our patented VHF technology and is operated by all UK police forces. Installation

1. The vehicle tracking device is purchased through VTT's online shop.
2. Select your preferred installation date and our scheduling teams will be in touch to confirm.
3. You will receive a confirmation of sale via email.
4. A member of the installation team will meet you on your pre-scheduled date to install your device discreetly.
5. Once the device is installed and activated, you will receive a Welcome email, containing your welcome pack information.

If you have purchased a device with access to the Tracker Touch App, you will also receive login details for this shortly after installation

When you park your vehicle up, a real-time location report is produced using Very High Frequency technology (VHF) which will work even when you have parked in an underground car park. For example in case of theft this will have to be reported as this product have no movement sensor and battery disconnect system.

This option excludes all Thatcham categorized equipment which can only be installed by an Audio Images or Vehicle Tracking Tech (VTT) approved installer. Prior to confirmation of the agreed time and the date for the installation of the equipment by an Audio Images or Vehicle Tracking Tech (VTT) approved installer, we will require payment in full for the equipment and installation cost. Any amendment to the agreed time and date of the installation must be made no less than 3 working days before the scheduled installation date. Subsequent cancellation of the agreed date and time of the installation by you will result in Audio Images and Vehicle Tracking Tech (VTT) retaining 100% of the original installation charge as an administration charge.
